At TideVault, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging and accessories.
• Not show signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used products.
• Items damaged through misuse or improper care.
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

• A damaged or defective item.
• An incorrect item sent by us.

TideVault will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different color or size, please contact us. We'll do our best to help arrange an exchange based on product availability.
