At TideVault, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every order includes fully tracked shipping, so you can follow your package every step of the way with confidence.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery times begin after your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Every TideVault order includes full tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package until it arrives.

Shipping Delays

While we always strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs processing, severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your address before your order ships. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
